The Holy Rosary from the word Rosarium which means “rose garden” is a prayer that cites the life of Jesus and his resurrection. Pope Pius V established October 7 as the Feast of the Holy Rosary which is the reason why we celebrate October as the Month of the Holy Rosary.
Last October 6, 2016, the high school learning community gathered together in the covered court to celebrate the Month of the Holy Rosary. Each class was assigned to bring said materials for the formation of the giant lasallian rosary containing six mysteries. The holy rosary was lead by selected students. Everyone responded to the prayer and sang praises to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Some students were selected in assembling the giant rosary’s parts throughout the prayer. This ended with hanging the giant rosary in the covered court to show our love and appreciation to Mama Mary and to the Lord.
