The Lasallian nation was alive the entire game with their spirits lifted up and voices aloud. The game started to heat up in the third quarter. All eyes followed every bounce of the ball and move of the players. Banners were raised, cheers and stomps grew louder and louder as moments passed by. The score was a tie until Camus from the Hercor Jaguars was able to shoot at the last second of the fourth quarter. The Jaguars were leading 2 points but the Knights believed that they would be able to make it in 5 minutes – an overtime. A foul occurred which gave Rheyje Buencamino a chance to aim right at his clutch free throws and he did it – the winning shots which lead the CSJ-R Junior Knights to an 86-85 victory over the Hercor Jaguars.

The CSJ-R Junior Knights was given the spotlight to rejoice their sweet victory. They gathered altogether as a team at the center and draped their arms around in each other. The players were awarded by the NBTC Comm. Michael John Abad with a medal according to their jersey numbers. Dan Earel Arches was declared as the Most Outstanding Player.
